Description
DS461TN uses the 90° scattered light method to measure the turbidity of water. This turbidity analyzer complies with ISO7027 and EN 27027
The standard is to place a photodetector at 90° to the incident infrared beam. The particles in the water scatter the incident light. The ratio of the 90° scattered light intensity to the incident light intensity and the turbidity of the water follow a certain curve. Using this principle, DS461TN can measure turbidity values up to 1000NTU or 4000NTU.
